The Living Wage is calculated using actual living costs, and unlike the minimum wage, it’s entirely voluntary. It is a testament to TMS Protection’s commitment to our people that we decided to pay the living wage.
As a business, we’re in good company ITV Google and IKEA have all opted to pay their staff the Living Wage.
